Boughton House car meet attracts a wide variety of classics

The inaugural invite-only Boughton House Car Meet attracted an eclectic mix of cars this weekend, as enthusiasts gathered in the grounds of the stunning Boughton House – a stately home close to Kettering, Northamptonshire. The Octane team were out in force with a line-up of specially curated vehicles representing all ends of the automotive spectrum, from a Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost to a Renaultsport Megane R26.R – not to mention a couple of staff cars. Former feature cars were also spotted, including the gorgeous (and tiny) Matra-Bonnet Djet as well as the Orange McLaren 12C from the cover of the June 2024 issue.

Yet more delights were found in the front courtyard, where not only could you find a delicious hog roast, but a beautiful green Lamborghini Miura sitting in the company of a Jowett Jupiter. Of course the car park was also full of delights, with a strong contingent of TVRs (we counted at least ten) not to mention a strong display of 911s, Caymans and Boxsters courtesy of Porsche Club GB.
